Vincent Valentine
Vincent Valentine steps up as the new hero in Dirge or Cerberus Final Fantasy VII, previously Vincent was a member of the Turks, but after been involved in several experiments and losing the love of his life he sealed himself away inside a coffin under the ShinRa Mansion. That was until Cloud and friends awoke him. After joining Cloud and saving the world from Sephiroth, Vincent lead his life away from mankind for three years. Until the Deepground Soldiers attacked Kalm, Vincent and the beast within him now take on a new challenge, along the way he discovers the truth about his origins and his long lost love.
Yuffie Kisaragi
Yuffie is a Ninja from the town of Wutai, notable features are the fact that she wields a giant Shuriken which she uses in her quest to gain, or steal even more Materia.
During Dirge of Cerberus she somehow ends up tangled in the chain of events and becomes forced into being a member of the World Regenesis Organisation.
Cait Sith
Cait Sith, the self proclaimed fortune telling robot and spy for the ShinRa Urban Delevepment deparment originally travelled with Cloud to find out information on Sephiroth and help the ShinRa Organisation, but later on became an true ally and helped them save the world.
Now a days he acts as alter ego of the head of the World Regenesis Organization, Reeve Tuesti.
Reeve Tuesti
The former head of ShinRa's Urban Development department. He indirectly traveled with Cloud's party three years ago by controlloing Cait Sith.
He is currently serving as the commissioner of the World Regenesis Organization, a group devoted to helping the planet recover from the Meteorfall tragedy and standing against those who would threaten the world again.
Shelke
Although her appearance is that of a 10-year-old girl, Shelke is actually a member of the Tsviets, an elite Deepground unit. Her specialties include the ability to dive into virtual networks and wield two EM sabers in combat. She is working closely with Azul in the search for Vincent's whereabouts.
Azul
Azul is a member of the Tsviets, his appearance has earned him the title of "Azul the Cerulean." His greatest love is battle, and his awe-inspiring power allows him to wield a tank's cannon as if it were a toy.
