Grandia IIIBy far, Grandia III is possibly one of the best Square Enix games of the 06 year. With a breathtakingly amazing story, followed by beautiful cutscenes and voices, this game has it all. You take the role of Yuki; a young man who dreams of taking to the skies like his idol, Schmidt. But after a failed flight test, you and your mother Miranda find yourselves in an adventure that you never expected. What started out as a simple dream turns into a desperate attempt to save the world from a madman, who plans to resurrect an evil Guardian, and use it to create a new world...

Grandia IIIThis game takes on the traits of all of it's ancestors: a dazzling battle system with added features such as using the power of the guardians itself, fantastic voices to fit with each of the characters (not to mention, a fantastic personality that fits each of the character's looks), and of course, plenty of twists and turns that keep the player guessing until the very end.

Grandia IIIOverall, this game was a huge step up from some of the other disappointing Grandia additions, with the exception of Grandia II. It has everything a diehard RPG fan is looking for, and much, much more. If you haven't already picked up this game and tried it out, you're missing out greatly. Did I mention it has hilarious dialogue as well as dramatic ones?

9.5/10
